Understanding your concern. As per your query you have pain in shoulders and joints . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like arthritis, osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis , bursitis , tendinitis , torn cartilage , torn rotator cuff , pinched nerves and spinal cord injury . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may ask you for movement to check mobility , blood test , nerve conduction test and CT scan .Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory and recommend physical therapy and particular stretching exercises . For now take proper rest , do light stertching exercises under expert supervision and apply warm compresses to shoulder and back .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
