What Causes Persistent Pain In Lower Back Along With Pressure In Pelvic Region?

I have had low back pain for 2 weeks or more, stabbing at times and a ache in my pelvic region. I don t have a temperature, or foul smelling urine. But I don t feel myself, tired and weak. I was told it may be a strain, or my SI joint may be acting up, as I have arthritis in it. Does this sound more like a kidney infection. The pain can change every day as well, in different areas of my low back. Lisa
