What Causes Persistent Pain In Leg, Lower Back And Buttocks?

Ongoing pain in leg, lower back, buttocks; periodic spasm,occasional bruising,weakness mainly on right side. Pain sometimes intensifies with a pulse sensation. Difficulty for usual work and home routines, walk, sit, stand, drive, recreational activities. What may be the diagnosis?

I really appreciate your concern, musculoskeletal condition could be likely and it may not be due to any disease but most of the time it could be non specific and it can be tried with NSAID medicine if the symptoms persist then it can be seen for arthritis and collagen disease hope this information helps.
