What Causes Persistent Pain In Back With Body Tremors After An Injury?

I fell flat of my back injured my mid and lower back along with my shoulder blade. It has been 6 months I still have pain at the level of a 10 someday feel I need ER care the pain is intense. It hurts to sit, stand, walk and laying. I get maybe 3 hours of sleep a night due to the pain. I cannot get up and down from a chair with ease. Have to lift my leg into the car with my hand. I cannot tolerate pain medication have tried several different ones. This past week I have noticed that my body shakes uncontrolably. Can you tell me what might be wrong with me. I did have PT on my shoulder but the Therapist would not touch my back without a proper diagnosis. I am still waiting to be approved for an MRI of my back since this injury happen at work.
