What Causes Persistent Pain In Back Radiating Towards Feet Along With Migraine?

Hi I m 55 and have been having back pain for some time over the past few months. But I have noticed that I m just aching all over, specially in the morning. There are certain areas that when someone touches me, it feels like they are touching a bad bruise. From my neck down to my feet are the worst. I suffer from migraines too. I can barely do my job any more as a rehab nurse. Is this normal for it to just sneak up on you like this, or have I been ignoring my symptoms?

Based on your description I think you are having full body pains which is non specific. I advise you to get following investigations done for the exact diagnosis blood and urine sugar, thyroid profile. Aso titers if you are having joint pains also.
