General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

There are so many causes for pain and swelling in the legs. It is possible to be a kidney disease but it could be and cardiac disease or inflammatory disease etc.

To have a correct diagnosis you should take an appointment with your doctor because there are many questions to ask. He will get full anamnesis and physical examination and give the right direction.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Blerina Pasho, General & Family Physician
