Hi,

This needs evaluation to find out the cause, which may be from rhinitis, mucosal drying or bleeding/platelet disorder. Also, we may need dose adjustment of any anti-platelet/anti coagulant drugs she might be on. Kindly take her to doctor for evaluation. Meanwhile, pinch nostrils for 10 minutes, sitting stooping forward to temporarily stop bleeding.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
