What Causes Persistent Low Grade Fever?

I am 28 yr old female i have had a lw grade fever for about a year and no doctor has been able to figure out whats wrong. i have taken antibiotics and had surgery i just had a pyleplasty on my left kidney my ureter had a kink in it. they thought that would fix the low grade fever but it didnt and now i dont know what the nextstep shoud be.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that this may not be actual fever but this could be a just body surface temperature and not the core temperature so no need to worry about this and this would not going to harm you, and no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
