What Causes Persistent Light Period And Lower Back Pain?

I ve been spotting and bleeding for 12 days, it started light brown then light pink. Then on the 8th day it was a medium bleed then on the 9th 10th and 11th day with a tiny clots. Now on day 12 it went back to light pink and a little orange and I have a tiny streak of white mucus on my panties. A little cramping here and there while having this. Lower back really sore and my boobs are always sore because of their size so can t tell if they hurt more. Could I be pregnant?? It s been about 2 weeks since I had unprotected sex. Took 3 tests and all negative. Also felt a little nauseous throughout the first week of spotting.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

There can be possible hormone imbalance with or without underlying vaginal infection from unprotected sex.

Vaginal swab test with precise medications as per the guidance of OBGY will help greatly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
