What Causes Persistent Headaches Along With Dizziness And Sweating?

I have had a pretty severe headache for the last 5 days. It has been persistent and no type of medication has made it any better. I have been properly hydrating and eating but I am not sure if I should see a doctor or what else I could do to alleviate it. The more the days have gone on it has been joined with spinning sensation, dizziness, and sweats.

Thanks for your consultation at HCM
i have gone through your query and being your doctor I completely understand your health concerns.
Are u having any stimulus for it? Is there any vomiting? Is there associated fever?? Is there any impairment of cognitive functions??? any earache??
In my opinion you should see the doctor so that proper workup should be done...
Meanwhile take rest and use Acetaminophen to relieve pain. Use propanolol 10 mg with it too.
Hope your query is adequately answered
Regards
