What Causes Persistent Headaches After A Facial Injury?

About 3 weeks ago I was attacked at work and punch repeatedly in the face. I went to thr ER that night and was cleared and 3 days later followed up with another doctor who also cleared me. Since the incident I have been getting headaches first really small ones that only last a few moments mostly when I just wake up from sleep. But now I notice them lasting longer and are a lot stronger. Is it a delayed response from the incident? What should I do?

We cannot tell for sure. But try taking analgesic tablets to reduce the head ache like diclofenac 50 mg tablet. If the problem persist and the frequency or severity increases do show it to a neurologist may be you need a scan of your head and brain to rule out the cause.
