What Causes Persistent Headache Long After Suffering From Migraine?
I have a long standing migraine history, in remission until last weekend. Now for past 3 nights have had a different type of headache beginning at sun down, not completely relieved until sunrise. I just had my 40th birthday a month ago. Is this a precursor to Alzheimer s with possible sundowners ?

Have a morning and evening walk for atleast 20 minutes. Remove stress with deep breathing for a few minutes... often in the day time.
