Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have persistent headache, blisters in mouth and nose is pointing towards condition known as migraine headaches. I would suggest you to take few preventive measures such as you should avoid carbonated drinks. Avoid alcohol and smoke completely. Avoid large gaps between meals, you should take frequent meals. You should take antidepressant medications. Visit general physician once and get it examined and start treatment after proper prescription. Avoid hot, sharp and salty food. Drink plenty of water. Maintain oral hygiene. Blisters in mouth are due to stress. Apply dologel on these blisters. Blisters in nose are somehow unrelated.

Hope your concern has been resolved.
