Hi welcome to HCM...

Here you are writing cut of liver , so is there biopsy done ? I can't figure out that sentence ..

Here investigation needed with......
1.USG abdomen
2.HBSag detection if not vaccinated
3.HCV antibody detection
4.bilirubin estimation

These will help in rule out gall stone or HBSag positive(chronic hepatitis) if present ....

If you have positive hear problem history , muscular problem than also it can be high.

Sometime celiac disease can lead elevated enzymes ...

If no cause identifiable than liver biopsy is last ultimate investigation...for more work up.

Advise : gastroenterologist consultation
