What Causes Persistent Dizziness While Recovering From Stomach Flu?

So I had the stomach flu 2 days ago and I just want to be able to get up and walk around and cannot do so because I am so dizzy I just want lay in bed and sleep it away but Ik that won t work I can barely even sit up straight without getting dizzy can you help

may be having postural hypotention. it can be due to dehydration so re hydrate. take fresh fruits and vegetable.take electrolyte suspension and sufficient water.
