What Causes Persistent Dizziness Post A Head Injury?

WHat I had a fall in January 2017 and hit my head on the concrete floor. I immediately started to get Dizziness several times a day, on a scale of 1-10 , probably a 7-8 at first, then as weeks went past, it started to decrease to about a 3-5, only lasting 5-10 seconds. Now, 3 months later, I have continues dizziness on a scale of 2-3 spiking when I move my eyes, not my head, to about a 6. I usually get a little sick to my stomach when this happens, although I haven t vomited from it. Note, I also tore my Rotator Cup and Biceps during this fall, which I had surgery for on 1/25/17, and am in the strengthening phase of my rehabilitation. I ve seen an ENT to see if there was an issue with my ears, and there wasn t . We did the epely manauver to try and diagnose/ fix the problem, although nothing worked. I am currently scheduled to see a Retina Specialist and a Neurologist over the next week or so to see what they can find. What are your thoughts or suggestions. I m a male, 54 years old, 5 9 @ 195 pounds. Blood pressure usually around 123- 82, no blood pressure medicine. I take colonzapam for Anxiety , and Synthroid for Hypothiroidism , and Fish oil.
