Hi, Noted your history about taking Fat-Go capsule, Aloe vera, Methi along with lemon juice to reduce weight but you developed loose motions which are dark in color. As you have well pointed out, the cause is obviously one of hte ingredients you have started taking that caused the diarrhea. The idea is to stop all at once and start one preparation by one so that you can find out the exact cause of diarrhea and stop taking that particular thing at once. Continue rest of the things if helping to reduce the weight. Also needed is the diet control and exercises. Gradually increasing exercises will surely help your cause.
