What Causes Persistent Diarrhea In A Child?

my son is 1 year. he had dyarhea and fever 3 days ago. Doctor prescribed to take ZINCOVIT, 5ml per day in addition to other medicines. Now he does not have fever, but still has loose motion. Pl. let me know for how many days can my son take ZINCOVIT? Thanks.

I really appreciate your concern, Zincovit is not such drug that it need to be taken for some particular period because it not the antibiotic because this criteria is only applicable in antibiotic hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
