Hello Dr. Im 54 Hardly ever sick But since around Nov 14th been fighting a upper respitory infection. 3 xrays , all kinds of Blood test, just had a physical exam done , everthing seems normal. Had a breathing test, mild to moderate restriction. Been on steroids , some antibiotics and using a inhaler once in a while. Seems like around 2:30 am I feel a slight restriction in my breathing and have to use inhaler . Ventolin. Some days I feel great , seem like Im getting over it then all of a sudden might feel a little restriction and have to use in haler. Lately been coughing in spurts , dry cough to sometimes still coughin up some light green to yello mucous. In the beginning it was Very Thick , sticky Green Mucous had to go to emergency and I believe they said it was clogging Bronchial Tube . Very Scary. Just wondering does this kind of thing last for months? Im one that is Very active on my feet all day. Im working , today felt good but tonight little harder to breath at moments. just wondering any thoughts. They thought it could be allergys or gerd ? Thanks for any advice
