What Causes Persistent Burning Sensation In Legs And Feet?

I have a burning sensation in legs and feet , have noticed this for about two Months. I had two crushed vertebra s one year ago, have had some sciatic nerve all the way down both legs , this now is under the knee down causes early morning wake up. Could this be a related problem? The only medication I take is Zopiclone 7 m.l. one every night. I am in good health otherwise . 83 years old. Fran. YYYY@YYYY

dear sir
the burning sensation may be origination from the nerves but without knowing the level of the crushed vertebrae and other MRI and CT findinga it will be difficult to comment if it is originating from the spine or the nerves you can try taking Vit B12 for some time and see if it helps
