I have had a couple of random nose bleeds which started Tuesday. I worked out my arms, took a shower and while washing my hair my nose started bleeding, then today I was working on my computer and I rubbed my nose and it started bleeding. My head has also been feeling weird before my nose starts bleeding, feels like pressure. But there are no other symptoms. It has been pretty cold outside this week.
