What Causes Persistent Anal Bleeding Post Lateral Internal Sphincterotomy?

I had an internal lateral sphincterotomy to cure an anal fissure. However, I am still experiencing bleeding about two months after the surgery. I m not sure what route I should take now. Is it even a fissure? If it is, why did the surgery not work? If the surgery worked, how did I re-injure myself? Please help!

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of bleeding per rectum then first it needs to be ruled out for hemorrhoid because chances of this is very likely till then "Calcium dobesilate" can be used intra rectally hope this information helps.
