What Causes Periodic Twinge In Lower Back Around Pelvis?

I am getting a periodic twinge in my lower back area (but not the back) around the top of the pelvis. It usually lasts a couple of seconds but sometimes for a minute with a frequency over the last week of just once a day. I had it checked a couple of months ago, and Xrays + blood work did not reveal anything. It stopped for a month or so. I suspected a kidney stone, but no other symptoms.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, muscular condition could be likely and this could be due to tense condition so better to just relax, have some rest and try some relaxation therapy, no need to worry bout this, it may not be due to any disease, hope this information may helps, take care and have a nice day.
