What Causes Periodic Pain In Wrist?

I have periodic episodes of pain in my wrists. I can go weeks with no pain and then have an episode that leaves me dealing with significant pain in my wrists. Sometimes other areas bother my such as my hips and I can t get comfortable sleeping. These episodes seem to occur while I am also having low hemoglobin levels (around 9-10). My doctor did several labs and the only significant finding at that time was the low hemoglobin. I m also constantly exhausted, even after a great night sleep. Could all of these be from low hemoglobin? I still have to return for a recheck to see if further tests are needed. I ve been taking an iron supplement for about a month but I did try to donate blood at a blood drive today and my level was 9.8.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the pain that has been describe here may not be due to any low hemoglobin but it could be due to arthritis changes, you have not mentioned your age and gender here it was needed here for better advise, any way for the pain you can try "Tab Diclofenac 50 mg" once in day, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
I find this answer helpful
