What Causes Period Pains Along With Changes In Bowel Movements?

I a period march 11 and not bled since,ive period pains all the time,im 48 and my cycle is regular 28 days,i also have seen a change in bowel movements getting more looser and smell of sulphur and i cant seem to keep my bowels clean,i wipe and wash but seem to slightly soil shortly after abowel movement.
