General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The white pus discharge can be a feature of urinary tract infection or gonorrhea or chlamydia-like sexually transmitted infection.

I suggest you investigate with urine routine microscopic examination and culture for primary workup and treatment accordingly.

Meanwhile, you can take broad-spectrum antibiotic like levofloxacin.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami, General & Family Physician
