What Causes Penis Discharge In The Morning?
after ejaculation, I have a weird feeling in my urethra tube. I see a urologist regularly for prostate problems. I have also had Prostatitus a few times. Now, there is a little discharge, like watery semen. This usually only occurs in the morning. I have no pain, just a weird itchy feeling.

The watery penile discharge in morning could be due to ejaculation. It is normal to have early morning ejaculation. In the absence of burning sensation and pain, infection is ruled out.
