Hello,

Penis bloating during urination is seen in phimosis, balanitis, para phimosis, and meatal stenosis. Most of the times, ballooning of penis during urination is quite normal and requires no treatment. Treatment of choice is surgery that removes the foreskin that is circumcision. You can consult a surgeon for circumcision.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
