What Causes Penile Bleeding After Sneezing During Urination?
I was peeing and I had to sneeze. I tried to hold the sneeze and when I sneezed Blood came out of my penis. It came out after the pee. I peed a second time and blood came out again after the pee, but not as much as before. I have no idea what is wrong with my penis.

A blood discharge from the penis may indicate that an infection may be present.
It would be best to visit your doctor for an assessment which would include history, examination and samples to the lab.
If an infection is present then it can be treated.
Other causes of blood would be trauma, blood disorder, side effect of medication (blood thinners).
