What Causes Pelvic Pain On The Right Side?

Hello so I ve always had a real say period no cramps light bleeding for 2 or 3 days. I had a baby 8 months ago naturally no ripping or stitches needed. Over the past month or so I ve been having some bad pelvic pain and pain on my right side (either kidney or pancreas?) and I ve also been bleeding bright red blood after inter course. Along with terrible back pain. Every time i have a bowel movement it s watery I honestly can t remember the last time I had a normal bowel movement. Also been experiencing a few migraines I ve never had in my hole life. What could be wrong with me? I m scared but the hospitals here are so slow and don t seem to know what their doing
