What Causes Peeling And Flaking Skin Due To Dryness On Scrotum And Penis?
I ve noticed over the past week, that I have developed scaly skin on my scrotum and penis area. It doesn t itch or inflict pain, however the skin is very thin and looks like a burn. It s very flaky and is easy to peel off. What do these symptoms indicate ?
