What Causes Peeling And Flaking Of Skin Near The Eyebrows?
For months I ve had a patch over my right eye (eyebrow) that has onion-paper-like peeling. No itch or burn but as I scratch it off, it comes back the next day. I ve used moisturizers but nothing works. It spread to other parts of my face (under ear lobe and partially on the sides of my nose). and sometimes is better or worst with no obvious explanation. What do you think it is?
