What Causes Patches On Penis And Foreskin?

White patches on the head of my penis and a slight pinkish white patch at the end of the foreskin over a month. Earlier there was irritation, itchying. After applying candiderma cream and then Kansel -B lotion. it stoped but patch remains. I have taken one forcan 150 in two weeks. I am an Emeritus professor and scientist, doing research. But very much worried. Obviously my research and other works are being hampered. Please advice and oblige. Thanks and regards. B. P. Chatterjee
