What Causes Passing Of Pale Stool Post Pelvic Prolapse Surgery?

I have pale feces for a few days now. I have had digestive issues for some time especially with excessive gas. I tried gluten free oatmeal and then the feces became pale. I stopped the oatmeal yesterday and still have pale feces. I made an appt. with GI on March 5. What could be the cause? My bowel movements are regular first thing each morning. I had pelvic prolapse surgery 2 years ago for bladder, vagina, rectocele and small bowel prolapse. My thoughts the mesh causing issues, gallbladder, duct blockage, celiac? This all got worse since my surgery. Thanks!Barbara

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, just color of the stool is not the sign of any disease because this is greatly changes all the time depends upon the food taken, it could be matter of concern if there is some specific symptoms that is related with the fecal material else no need to worry about the color of stool, at the most stool analysis can be done to clear the doubts, hope this information helps, take care.
