What Causes Passing Bright Yellow Urine?

So I ve been very ill with all the right symptoms to take day and night nurse. I chose the liquid rather than capsules. Within a few hours my urine was neon yellow. Is this a side effect to day nurse or will it be an infection? I have tried google to get some answers but found nothing

you can take day care nurse but treatment should be on advise of doctor. yellow colouration of urine can be due to medication or disease like jaundice.consult your doctor and got investigated. do not try any medication and get your self examined by doctor.
