What causes paralytic stroke?

My father in law getting a paralytic stroke on right hand and leg, now the hand has movement but leg is still weak. Is this just due to age and sleeping in AC which sometimes gives sleep paralysis or its a genuine paralytic attach and what can be home tips before we go to hospital

I am so sorry to hear about these symptoms that you have reported about your father in law. Stroke is caused by a disturbance in the blood circulation in the body. Unfortunately, there is no home remedy, I will rather recommend that you rush him to the nearest health facility for proper evaluation and management.
