Hi doctor, I ve been having lots of panic attacks for the past 3 months that occurs at least once a day. I feel deep chest pain, like something around my heart. But the pain comes even when I m not worried. I did many tests (ekgs, cardiography, holther) and everything seemed alright. Is it possible that I suffer of some disease ?

Hi welcome to HCM
Your symptoms are suggestive of anxiety and stress.Do not worry.Since all your test reports are normal we can rule out heart disease.Avoid stress and anxeity.Exercise regularly for 20-30 min as it releases endorphis which elate your mood.Take high protein low fat low salt diet.If still not improved you can go for Anti anxiety drugs by speaking to your doctor.Monitor your Blood pressure regularly.Get investigations like complete blood picture, lipid profile, serum electrolytes, thyroid profile.Consult your doctor for further queries and expert management.
Thankyou.
