Hello, I am a 49yr epileptic I take 20 meds a day I am pretty stable and have no problem on computer. The last couple days I slept a little later than normal and when I got up today to get on computer my heart was just pounding out of my chest.. I turned off computer and took ativan and relaxed. I came back on and this may sound dumb but one of my facebook friends removed me and my heart started beating even faster like crazy when I saw that happened. I don t know if I am having a panic attack on top of what I was having before and what should I do to try and calm down I feel a coolness between my chest and my hands are shaking terribly.
