What Causes Panic Attacks Along With Disorientation?

Hello, I am having difficult time in my marriage right now so i am under extreme stress right now. Last night after I put my daughter to bed , I was crying and suddenly I don t remember three hours of the night. My daughter said to me that I blank out and was panicking,crying and couldn t remember where I was or anything. I am woman in her 40 s with diabetics type 2...Please help me understand what could have happen..Thank you for your help.. Thank you. Mayra
