What Causes Palpitations While On Atorvastatin, Losartan And Aspirin?

I am a 63 year old female. Maintenance meds are 80MG Atorvastatin, 100-25 MG Losartan- HCTZ, low dose aspirin. Also took10 mg Loratadine this AM. Having stomach issues past few AMs, loose bowel movements. Today also felt nauseaus & light headed. Took 4 tums over 2 hours. Now feeling fast heartbeat - what are possible causes/concerns?

Hi,

Transient increase in heart rate and palpitations are common and it will return to normal spontaneously.

If symptoms persist, you can consult a physician and get an EKG done to rule out any abnormal rhythm and angina.
