What Causes Palpitations And Dizziness After Receiving Steroid Shots?

I had 3 steroid shots in the left side of my neck last Thursday and have found several times I have palpitations with a bit of dizzy ness in the past several days. I had an anesthetic for the procedure. I had an MRI in May and 4 cervical disks were inflamed. I had 7 steroid shots in June, treating both sides of my spine. The right side greatly improved so additional shots were given to the right side. I had NO unusual reactions after the first set of shots.
