Hello,

First of all, there are two scenarios. If you felt a rope-like structure in the front of your right ear and the doctor could not find the temporal artery pulse, you could have giant cell arteritis.

The second scenario is you could have a migraine, but you should do a CT Brain, measure your blood pressure to exclude systemic illness.

Moreover, if you are a woman taking oral contraceptive pills or hormone replacement therapy you should ask a gynacologist for help.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dr/Mustafa, Neurologist
