What Causes Painless Wrist-rashes That Look Similar To Burn Marks?

In the past 6 months, I ve had burn-like marks appear on my wrists. I ve not noticed them anywhere else in my body. They are not painful and do not peel or itch. They ve appear from what seems like nowhere and then go away in about a week s time, much like a natural 3rd degree burn would, though I ve not put anything on them, at least not intentionally. There have been about two maybe three marks. I am coming from a one-year sojourn in a third world country in living conditions where I was not able to wash myself properly or on a regular basis. I ve uploaded a pic of one of them. They vary in size and shape. What is this?
