What Causes Painless Bump While Applying Pressure On Shin?

Hi, I am 20 years old and every time I apply pressure to my right leg on the right side of my shin there is a visible bump, completely pain free. When I push the bump without applying pressure to my leg there is a dent that sinks in a little bit. Just curious to what this could possibly be I am worried it may be a tumor :( I skate a lot and push with my right leg.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, chance of lipoma is very likely and this is nothing to worry if this is lipoma only no need to temper this, but clinical examination is very necessary for final diagnosis, so better to get done the clinical diagnosis, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
