Hi I fell down while snowboarding and i fell on my left wrt cist. I went to the doctor and he just said that I sprained it really badly and that i hadn't broken anything. however, its been few weeks and my wrist still hurts. I noticed something sticking out my wrist left side of my left wrist I don't think it is inflammation because i've been icing it a lot i dont know what's wrong with my wrist
