What Causes Painful Urination?

i have been tested for UTI s and stuff and it tested negative i am positive for trich but took the meds every time i pee it hurts really bad and there is streaks of blood in the toilet i do not know if its from urine or period, i had my period 10 days ago

Hi, I think you should go for a ultrasound to see the kidneys, ureter and bladder. It can be because of some pathology in these organs. Drink around 3 to 4 litres of water per day and take some urine alkaliser and pain killers.
