Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Your problem can be due to urinary infection. So it is better to get a urine routine investigation to rule out infection. In case of infection antibiotic therapy will be helpful. In such case if you were my patient and infection is there then I would recommend antibiotics like norfloxacin and send urine for culture and change antibiotic if necessary. Urinary antispasmodic like flavoxate will be helpful in relieving pain also. Taking cranberry juice or barley water will be helpful also. But if there is no infection then you should consult your urologist.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if prostrate gland not being removed properly then such symptom (Dysuria ) is possible some time this could be due to infection and in either case differentiation is must and if anything detected like remnant of prostrate gland, or infection then this need to be managed accordingly, hope this information helps, take care.
