General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to a urinary tract infection.

I suggest doing a urine test and a urine culture to confirm the diagnosis.

Meanwhile, I suggest using Tylenol for the discomfort.

If the diagnosis is confirmed, I suggest using antibiotics to treat the infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi, General & Family Physician
