Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain pain in your root canal treated tooth is not due to your extracted wisdom tooth, rather it can be due to any high points in the crown that might be making premature contact with opposite jaw tooth that causes excessive pressure and forces over the crowned tooth leading to pain..

Another cause can be flaring up of re-infection in your root canal treated tooth..

I would suggest you to consult your treating dentist and get evaluated so that he can check your tooth with the help on an articulating paper and can trim of the high points...
In case if still there is no relief then an x ray can be taken to check for infection in the tooth and can be treated accordingly..

As of now you can take Ibuprofen to relieve pain and can also take a soft diet..
Avoid chewing from painful side..

Hope this information helps..

Thanks and regards.
