What Causes Painful Swelling Near Vagina And Red Sore Spots On Buttocks?
My left side outside my vagina and continuing to the front part of where I urinate is swollen and painful. I also developed some red sore spots on the left side of my bottom . I was working out and thought maybe at first I had pulled a groin muscle put then the red spots started. Not many but a few. When I was pregnant 25 years ago my labia became very swollen and at 1st the doctor thought I might need to have something done with a vein doctor but it got better., Don;t know if that factors in or not.

Such symptoms could be due to some inflammatory lesion, try to keep the area clean take care for good hygiene chances of any infection need to be rule out for the pain and inflammation you can have "Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day" no need to worry about this, everything would be fine soon, take care.
